Free Pregnancy Testing
Our pregnancy testing service starts with a pregnancy test and ends with recommendations on your next steps. Knowing when to take a test and how to read the results are important in determining if you are actually pregnant.
1 out of 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage. We offer medical-grade pregnancy tests and nurses are on hand to answer any questions you may have. The presence of pregnancy symptoms isn’t enough, and a free pregnancy testing appointment will help you know for sure whether or not you are pregnant.
When Should I Take a Pregnancy Test?
If you are experiencing the following symptoms, it’s time to take our free professional grade pregnancy test. Pregnancy symptoms include:
- Missed or late period
- Tender breasts
- Food cravings or aversions
- Mood swings
- Headaches
- Nausea and vomiting
A pregnancy test measures your hCG levels. This hormone is produced during pregnancy and typically doubles every 72 hours.
Because of that, it’s important to wait to take a pregnancy test at least one week after your missed period. Taken too soon, a pregnancy test could indicate a false negative.
What If the Test Comes Back Positive?
If your pregnancy test comes back positive and you weren’t planning to be pregnant right now, don’t panic! You’ll need to gather more information about your pregnancy before you consider your options.
After receiving a positive pregnancy test, you’ll want to receive an ultrasound to learn more about your unique pregnancy.
An ultrasound answers three important questions:
- How far along am I?
- Where is the pregnancy located?
- Is the pregnancy viable?
